17. Cauldron

Alex stood in the kitchen grumbling to himself. How did he manage to get into these situations? Choosing some nice looking grapes and peaches he sighed as he put them in the huge cauldron. Why did he let Cassandra do this to him? So that she wouldn’t tell everyone he was obsessed with fat people. How weird was that? Very, that’s right.

Lifting the big cauldron up he marched back to Cassandra and worked on his smile on the way. He had to have a big smile while serving her too. Sigh. This would be a long couple of years.
