After hanging his portrait up, Salazar hurried over to the bookshelf, pulled on a vibrant green book to reveal a secret entrance containing the cauldron with the potion he had been brewing. “Just in time,” he cackled taking a ladle full and pouring it into a goblet. “Rowena, you will be mine.”
Setting the goblet down on the table, he went over his notes to make sure that he wasn’t going to poison her since he had been feeding her small amounts of the potion since the beginning of last term. “Yes, the time to act is finally at hand.”
