100. Homework

“Alright Sel, you said you needed help with homework?” Caroline asked as she sat across from Selena.

Selena nodded, continuing to doodle on her notebook. “Yup,” she said.

Caroline watched Selena doodle, “So… where’s your homework?” Caroline asked. Selena was still doodling on her notebook.

Selena continued to draw random spirals on her notebook before she looked up. She clucked her tongue. “There might be a slight problem…” Selena said slowly.

“What do you mean?” Caroline asked confused.

Selena turned her head and looked at the papers burning in the fireplace. “I might have… misplaced them… by accident of course.”
