He had never heard such nonsense before, that was until he saw a crazed-looking first year prancing around in a Leprechaun outfit. From what he had heard from others, it was a Muggle festival.

The 'Leprechaun' was prancing around in circles, so Draco decided to walk by and stick his foot out in front of him.
The first year fell to the ground and Draco simply said, "you look like an idiot." And he skulked off. Hehe.
