Today was MANIC.
It was winter time, and the Hogwarts grounds had been blessed with a fresh blanket of snow. Obviously, most Slytherin students saw this as an opportunity to irritate some younger students or possibly a Gryffindor.
Draco Malfoy was the current king at snowball fights, and he eyed a couple of first years as they built a snowman.

His snowball hit the snowman square in the face and the carrot, that was conveniently placed there as a nose, snapped in two and hit the ground.
"My bad!" He yelled, then wandered off to his next victim.
