The young man turned his name card over in his hands, trying to distract his mind somehow.
"If you're sure." Issy gave the boy a warm grin. She wasn't entirely sure she should trust that, given he looked about 10 degrees hotter than the rest of them. Maybe she should open the windows?

"Alrighty everyone!" Isabelle clapped her hand together and moved back towards her desk. The start.
"Good morning, and thank you all for writing down your names, as you can see I am not Professor Kingsley," that was obvious, yes?
"My name is Professor Magnus, your new Transfiguration teacher. And as this is the first lesson of term, and my first here as well, I thought we could start with a question that is relatively simple, before we move on to the lesson proper." Issy rolled up her sleeves and folded her arms again. Smiling she looked at each of the faces before speaking.
"Can you explain to me what Transfiguration is, please?"
