"Well," Harry said, "See, I don't think I want to talk about it right now..."

"Oh, c'mon Harry, don't be like that. You know you can tell me anything." The main part of that particular chapter was to convince the other person that they wanted to talk about their problems.

"I just don't know Gin. It's pretty complicated."

"I've got all evening." Ginny assured him. Harry sighed.

"Well, if you must pry..."

"Oh, I must...I must." Ginny grinned.

"Well, You know that Hermione's lost her memory."

"Uh-huh."

"And, well, Malfoy's supposed to be looking after her. But, she now all of a sudden has this thing for Malfoy, and won't even look at me. What if this is how she truly feels? Like, if that hit to the skull brought out her real feelings? And she hates me? I just...don't think I could bear another disappointment...another loss..."

Ginny could hardley contain herself. HOw DARE he? She wanted to slap him, and shake him. YOU DIDN'T LOSE ME!, she wanted to cry out. YOU DESERTED ME! BUT I'M WILLING TO FORGIVE YOU! TELL ME WHAT'S WRONG!. However, she remained calm and composed.

"Oh Harry, I think you're getting yourself worked up over nothing. I'm sure she loves you very much."

"But what if this is permenent? What if she never returns to the way she used to be? Mooning over Malfoy for eternity? Oh God..."

Harry buried his head in Ginny's shoulder. Ginny supressed a grin of delight and patted him on the shoulder. Harry's shoulders were shaking.

"Harry....Harry, please don't cry...it'll be alright...I promise...please don't cry..." Harry hugged her fiercely.

"You know, I'm glad there's at least one Weasley* here...usually here, but I'm glad your here Ginny. I really am."

Ginny's ears glowed under her flaming red hair. But she held him, comforted him, and checked off another sucessfull chapter in her diary.
