As they walked with the Professor Hermione kept winking at Draco who had a disgusted look on his face.

Harry was infuriated but controlled himself, he didn't want to get into deeper trouble but he was shaking and giving Draco hard glares.

Draco noticed how angry Harry was because of Hermione's actions and decided to play along.

He walked closer to her, "So, what're you doing later babe?" he said giving Hermione an alluring smirk.

She smiled at him with a flirtatious un-Hermione-like look, "Whatever you want it to be."

Draco peeked at Harry and saw his face getting redder by the second so he continued, "Oh well we can have a lot of fun later." he replied smoothly and winked at her.

She giggled, again, very un-Hermione-like, "Well I just have to get this weirdo off my back." she said pointing at Harry.

"Oh I'll take care of him," Draco replied grasping her hand while looking back at Harry.

This was Harry's breaking point, "GET AWAY FROM MY GIRLFRIEND!" he bellowed and charged at Draco.

But Draco was quick, within seconds Harry was levitated ten feet off the ground ranting and cursing, "YOU BLOODY JERK! GET AWAY FROM HERMIONE OR I'M GONNA KILL YOU! GET ME DOWN-"

"Now Mr. Potter that's no way to behave," Professor Flitwick lectured.

But Harry continued, "DON'T YOU PUT YOUR FILTHY HANDS ON HER YOU SLIME BALL."

The Professor turned to Draco, "Mr. Malfoy will you please accompany Miss Granger to the Headmistresses office while I deal with Mr. Potter?"

"Of course sir," Draco replied.

"DON'T YOU DARE WALK AWAY!"

Malfoy looked up at Harry and decided to end his little game with a bang, he slid his hand around Hermione's waist and said loudly, "See you later Potter!" he said with a huge smirk in his face, Hermione with a look of glee. Harry glared at him.

"Mr. Potter, I expect better of the child of Lily and James Potter. Well, maybe not James, but Lily for sure. Now, what's gotten into you." Flitwick spoke sternly.

"Professor, Malfoy's only doing this to make me mad-"

"And he's suceeding! Don't let him get to you. This is only until Miss Granger gets her memory back!"

Malfoy and Hermione walked to Professor McGonagal's office in silence. Hermione was smiling broadly, but Malfoy soon got tired of the little mudblood. He thought of his date this afternoon, and grimiced. Madeline was going to kill him.

"How do we get in, baby?" Hermione asked innocently. Malfoy sighed, and spoke the password.

"Albus." The eagle spiraled, and they entered the study.

"So, Mr. Malfoy...YOU have been intrusted with Miss Granger's care?" McGonagal said skeptically.

"Trust me Professor, it wasn't my decision." Malfoy said eagerly. "It was Fl- Professor Flitwicks idea."

"Yes, I must talk to him about that../never mind then. I guess you'll have to have a room of your own, so you can watch her. Won't do you any good to be in two places at once."

McGonagal pulled out a large piece of parchment and looked at the squares printed there.

"I suppose you could have that...oh never mind, Peeves uses that for storage...why I'll never know....what about....no, Filtch uses that room....alright, you may have the empty Head Boy and Girl room. Usually, it's full, but since...things have turned up..."

McGonagal sniffed, and it was clear she was thinking about Dumbledore. Malfoy looked uncomfortable. McGonagal shook her head.

"Well? Why aren't you on your way yet?" Malfoy led Hermione out of the room, depressed more than ever.
